Her full name is Linda Amalia Sari is the daughter of former Menparpostel Achmad Tahir, who is also the wife of a national figure who is a former Minister of Transportation, Agum Gumelar.
Linda Agum Gumelar incumbent Chairman of the Indonesian Women’s Congress (Kowani) which is a federation of Indonesian women’s organizations, the period of 2004-2009. In addition, in-laws of the national countered pebulu Taufik Hidayat also served as Chairman of the Salvation Breast Foundation.
