Former Rector Ten November Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya 2003-2006 period is believed to be the Minister of Communication and Information in part I replace KiB Djalil in a Cabinet reshuffle in 2007.
Men born Surabaya, June 17, 1959, it earned a S-1 at the Department of Electrical Institute of Technology Surabaya indicate a better match and began his career as a professor of Electrical Engineering of ITS in 1984. He then received a scholarship through the Master Program at the Universite Science et Technique du Languedoc (USTL) Montpellier, France. He also completed a study S-3 in the university.
